Is totalserver.net out of business or are the support they promise just a big lie? If anybody at totalserver read this I hope they will answer.
I sent them a support request over two weeks ago, still no answer.
To all of you thinking about buying credits of them, think again!
There are resellers that have better support and cheaper credits on the net.
