How many speakers are built into the W810i and when are they used?
When music is played, my thoughts are that music does not come out the earpiece, but only out the back speaker grill. Is this normal?
Additionally, the loudspeaker is really crackly and I cannot distinguish who is calling or the words they are pronounsing, the sound is that bad. Do I have a fault phone?
My last phone, a SE K608i had a cystal clear loudspeaker.

The music comes out of the back speaker and is totally normal.
