> W810i system software faults?

I have a W810i, which is a great phone.... However...
My phone seems to have a fault. It has, a few times now,that I have noticed, turned itself off, then back on again without it being touched. When this happens it always changes the settings in my current profile. Usually turning my "Accept Calls" back on again. I can deal with that. The last time it reset itself my current theme "Walkman", which came with the phone vanished. I have also noticed that a few of the system ringtones will not play or have other problems, and that some of my images are blank.
Any ideas? Thanks
