With the p910i I found it very annoying that there seemed to be no way to view calender details without actually entering the 'edit' template. I lost track of the number of times a careless screen stroke saw me deleting data that I only wanted to read. When you view a contact it allows you do this without being forced into an edit template so could never understand why a 'smart' phone did such a dumb thing.
Am just wondering if the new UIQ now allows you to view the info in a better manner and if it now has corrected this issue?
Any advice would be appreciated.

No they have'nt fixed this in UIQ 3.0.
In the FO mode, the calendar when viewed in the week view shows the entries for a particular date at the bottom of the calendar in list form. The type of entry e.g. reminder or appointment, time and the truncated reminder subject field is shown. Upon clicking the entry the day view is shown with the time and the truncated subject field. The only way to view the entire entry of the subject field is by editing
