How can i format my c drive? whenever i rightclick it and click format it says it is unable to and whenever i try to format while re-installing xp is says "cannot delete c drive as it contains neccessary files for installation" or something. I really want to format the c disk. Is there any onther ways?

Since it has windows installed in it, you cannot format whilst using windows. Do it from DOS
