Hi Peeps,
Just wondering what kind of discounts and perks, Orange and Carphone Warehouse Staff get?
I know two people who work for each company, they always seem to have the latest handset etc, but will never tell me what kind of discounts they get.
Anyone willing to share?

Last time i checked CPW staff got 30% off all sim-free handsets and 20% off PAYG,on contracts they have a special package can't remember the exact details of the deal but it beats any other ordinary contract by miles.

yes they are limited to only 6 handsets per staff member per year.

Actually no Orange staff discounts are not as good....I think they give just 20% on everything.

Nope, no job with them, just that my friends, as mentioned above, always seem to have a lot of phones!
And I doubt, they are gonna buy them full price, or keep taking out new contracts.

CPW staff are allowed to get family and friends the same contract deals aswell.

when i managed my store in bolton..the deal was this...we were allowed to buy upto 6 sim free handsets a year, with 30% discount on each.
as far as contract goes...they are offered certain handsets (Not necessarily the latest) by different networks...eg. when the k750i first came out..i had mine on 99p line rental and an allowed upgrade after 7 months..200 minutes, 200 texts..that was a 02 offer to cpw employee's.
