hi as u can see from the pics they is 2 different menu styles for this phone, forgettin the colour scheme on mine u can see the menu display looks loads diff? how come ? and how do i get it to look like the other one as it looks loads better?

ive tried themes but they just change the colour scheme and not the actual way the menu is set out

my firmware version is CXC 162037 R4A002
Bluetooth CXC 162058 R3A01
Organiser CXC 162071 R3B01
CDA CDA 162016/3 R3A01

Hope this helps out a lil

my firmware was diff before but i tried the sony ericsson update to change it but didnt do anything

i found out today at work the software for the phone on how i want it is as below:

Phone CXC 162037 R6A001
Bluetooth CXC 162058 R3A01
Organiser CXC 162071 R4A06
CDA CDA 162016/98 R1A02

now this is diff, anyone with this and how do i get it?

nope, the first one is mine and the second one is how i want my menu to look but that is also a menu from a m600i, just the icons look like they do on most sony ericsson opposed to the layout i have.

Try switching from 'view as list' to 'view as grid' ?
is that what you want ? ( under 'more')

well those pics loads ok on my comp and secondly no i cant view as list or grid cos thats on the firmware that i need, after reading a few thread and post since it seems like its vodafone that have done this to the phone and cant do anything about it
