It'll be scammers, that's their latest tactic on Ebay, bidding large 'too good to be true' amounts. They were first using newly-set up accounts to do this, and were easily spotted and shut down. Now the b**tards are using hijacked accounts, such as this one with 28 100% feedback to do it do look more genuine.
Watch out for this everyone when selling, if somone bids an amount far above what the phone/item your selling is worth, they're probably scammers, I bet this poor seller's had an email asking them to send the item to Nigeria and could they pay with Western Union!
