Hi, I was using my k800i to send a text, after sending it i sat the phone down and 5 mins later noticed the phone was off. I've tried several times to turn the phone on but get nothing, i've also tried another fully charged battery and get nothing. Anyone any ideas?? really need the use of my phone.
