Hello people,

I previously owned a W900i with Chinese Firmware and it didn't support Multiple Letter Address Book Search. (Searching "Tommy" by entering "TOM" instead of just "T" and scrolling down) I eventually reflashed the firmware using EU1 firmware and the firmware supports the Mutiple Letter contact list search.

Now the W810i that I own also has Hongkong Firmware, what I want to know is whether reflashing the phone with EU1 firmware will allow the phone to have multiple contact list search. My friend who as the NA firmware also doens't have the Multiple Letter Search capability.

I can however confirm that he North American firmware: RDB005 does NOT allow multiple character phonebook searching.

I can confirm EU2 has multiple character searching...

had r4db005 eu2 with multi letter search, now have r4ea031 eu4
which also has multi letter search
