> can't take photos

k750i,
when i try to take a photo it makes the shutter noise but then closes the camera and returns to the main menu, the photo hasn't saved.
i have tried resetting the phone and also took the battery out but all to no avail.

Whats the memory status of the phone? Is the phone trying to save pics when there is hardly any memory left?
I know you usually get a message but I had that bug for a while and had to delete stuff.

there's loads of space free, 700mb on card.
i have tried saving to the phone with no difference.
just found something when searching the forum which mentions a connection fault from the camera to the mainboard.
looks like i'll be returning it.

did you mod anything on the Media Player of your K750? it does create bugs for the camera such as failure on saving picture or return to the main menu automatically ..

haven't modified anything,
only thing i have done is buy a 2g mem card (not genuine) which works fine.
downloaded games and wallpapers (can these carry bugs)
installed my favourite music, 3gp clips ect.
