> 2 or 4Gb MS Duo Pro?

right chaps I have a 1gb duo pro now in my P990i from my camera. I've just got a £20 gift voucher through from Amazon so looking at getting a bigger card..... for £30 I can get a 2Gb one or for £60 I can get 4Gb....
what would you do? 2Gb should be enough shouldn't it but then I don;t know what's in store for the P990i...
I got a 512Mb one for my P910i and in the end wished I'd got a 1Gb once Tom Tom was on it!
Also... which cards work best with the P990i. I've seen a few problems reported.

When TomTom comes out what will that take up? 300+ Mb with just GB Map. got to remember the photos the P990i takes are .5Mb each. If and when videos are encoded by me or from the net what is the average size of a film? or a TV show? Say 250Mb for a film? Then there are apps to install, games, mp3's...
I can see 2Gb getting eaten up.... but if I install only the things I need and remove vids I no longer wish to watch it may be fine...

Either way, doesn't seem like 4Gs would be good with the phone regardless. Anyone else wanna verify?

other wise it works wonderfully...
officially also p990i supports 8gb.....
my advice for any one going for a higher capacity card.. is to get a fast reading card like ultra 2 of sandisk or the fast card of sony....
the one from sony will work very well and has a very high reading speed.... just that it will be very costly

even the store i bought the phone from. He said he didn't have any cards avail. so it wasn't as tho he was trying to sell me his last 2G. Even he said that it's not advisable to buy over 2G for the P990. *shrug*
