I've been trying to update my k790a through SEUS for a while now. Everytime I go through the installer to the point where you press the C button and plug in the phone, my phone is unresponsive to the software. I updated my java and my flash, but I think the problem is USB Flash Drivers...
Whenever I plug in my k790a via USB cable to any computer (I've tried several), the computer recognizes it as a WRC Wireless Modem and wishes to install these drivers. I can't get it to recognize the phone as a flash device and thus install the drivers through the installation cd.
Anyone have any ideas how to deal with this?
