> Help! W800i Memory Card problems

Hi,
My phone is a D750i converted to W800i.
The problem is: I bought a 512mb sony memory card but from time to time
my phone will not recognise it and I cannot use it, it only ever happens when I
need it most lol. my phone sometimes crashes, and if I take the memory card out, it starts working fine !
Also, when I put in the 64mb memory card which i had with the phone,
the phone will work fine with not 1 problem.
Any one got any suggestions on how I can solve this problem?
And get my memory card and phone working normal.
Much help would be appreciated
