just go my P990 after having a BB machine for a year or so, fairly happy with BB but wants more, looking forward to improved functionality, all-in-one, camera, MP3 and of course seamless sync with outlook, email, calender, contacts.....well I'm not so happy after a couple of days, hopefully it changes....anyone out there who can help?
- calender alarms does not work in P990, otherwhise syncs fine
- contacst does not sync with present BB connect, anyone who knows if that will work in the future?
- how do I create profiles for different enviroment, meetings (quite), car (loud) etc?
- email syncs fine but how can I change "update" frequensy, now very slow?
- cant turn automatik key-lock off, refers to "due BB IT policy", do not want to mess around with our IT guys, they will go apeshit with such requests..
- having trouble to get my GPRS-internet to work (Movistar Spain), MMS works apparantly, have been in contact with SE in Spain as well as Movistar of course, got all configuration, still doesnt work, does the BB connection (which works through GPRS) disturb other GPRS traffic?
- used SE update service, took everthing away and BB connect etc had to be re-installed
- any suggestions for Navigation software, only I've found so far is Wayfinder but can't test as GPRS doesn't work, would like TomTom but doesn't seem to be ready yet, any suggestions?
- its very slow isnt it, opening an email is much slower than with the Blackberry machine, is it really neccessary, will future firmware
Well, its a lot, I'm really trying to like this thing but having difficulties.

- not a announced feature of BB connect. I'm not hopeful that RIM will make available this feature in the near future.

- need third party software. watch out for Magic Profile Pro

- BB connect uses same push mail technology as normal blackberry.

- P990 is seriously lack of memory. And BB connect runs as an application unlike the case of Blackberry device
