> problem w/ w800i headset

my w800i doesnt recognize the headset when i pluh it in. this cant possible be a hardware problem coz when i restart the fone, it detects the headset.. then when i detach the headset, it still thinks that the headset is still there. i need to restart the fone again to make reakize that the headset is no longer there. why is this? i really need some help guys, this is annoying me.. pls... tnx

If it is now hardware related problem, software update via SEUS can solve the problem with your headset.

i dont think thats an option coz my w8oo was formerly a k750 and anyway i already tried seus before it became a w800 but still the problem persists.. tnx anyway dude. any other suggestion? plsss
