> W800i Woes! (aerial / reception issue)

Hey all, I have just replaced the facia on my w800i mobile phone (I got it second hand and didnt actually use it before replacing the facia, and now the phone gets REALLY poor reception.
In most places, it gets 1 bar or none and diverts to emergancy calls only. In really populated places, or if i hold the phone high up etc, it gets more bars of reception.
I have got another w800i phone with the same network sim in it, and my reception is perfect in this area.
This leads me to the conclusion that the phone was either a) faulty when I got it, or b) I damaged / didn't connect the aerial correctly when re-essembling the phone.
Does anyone know which part of the insides the aerial is located on? Have I lost it somehow? Can it be fixed easily? or should I take it to my insurance company on the fact the phone is damaged?
Some advice would be greatly welcomed! I'd really love to be able to fix it myself, and don't particularly want to go through insurance!
