hiiiiiii all

i have problem with my k 750 when i connect it to the computer

using the cable usb the massge apper

usb device not recognized

wht is the problem and how i can fix it ?

note : when i connect it it's biging charge but i no removable disk

i get this problem occasionally.. i just unplug the usb and try the other ports.. i'm sure your computer has more than 1 USB port...

Have you installed the PC suite? sometimes that has to be installed for it to work, also just try unplugging and replugging it in

Sounds like it might be your k750 that's malfunctioning rather than the cable or the computers I'm afraid

I think you'll have to take it in or send it off for repair.

hey its simple .. you just need to install the k750i drivers that can be downloaded or it is available in the CD provided by sony Ericsson !! ..

Download this

http://www.sonyericsson.com/downloads/750_USB_Drivers.zip

Unzip it ..

after unzipping, then open the folder and search for files having the extension .inf, highlight all those files and and right click .. click the install option.. now connect your phone .. i hope you wont have any more problem ..
