Hi, been trying to get hold of a psp for a while now so when this popped up :

I couldn't wait. I managed to get the guy on msn, and got a 1.5 psp with 1gb card for £80! got 2 games aswell looked a good deal for me. I paid via Bank transfer and haven't recieved anything. What can i do?

How did you pay? Could you do a chargeback or cancel the funds? Any replies from this guy at all? How long since the deal was done and money sent?

He's from solihill he says, and i paid with a bank transfer but already rang the bank and they say theres nothing they can do.

Contact the police, as you have his bank details I'm sure they can trace him from them and something can be done about it, at least this moron could be bought to justice, and hopefully you'd get your money back.

I have his address but after a phone call with 118 500 it was reveiled that his name doesn't match the address. Unless of course he's a lodger or he lives with his stepfather with a different name etc
