I've tried flashing my phone with Wotanserver and I cannot upgrade the EROM. I get the following message:-
DB2020 detected
EROM: your version is way too old:
R3A011
I've followed the instructions to update the EROM (eg, Press 2 & 5 and Connect USB Cable), but just get the same message again and again
I've contacted Wotan Support and have been told it's because I've got a Brown phone and not a Red phone and that a new release of firmware will be available soon which will resolve the problem.
I've looked up what this means and a Brown phone is Development Firmware whereas Red phones are Consumer Firmware.
Can someone explain how I have a Development Firmware Handset when I purchased this from an O2 Store?
