Bookmark topic
hi guys, i have a k700i & i have nightmares about this phone! when i first got it, the battery life was good (abt 2 days) then it went to 1 phonecall! i replaced the battery twice so far but now even with the new battery, from fully charged, it dies with just 1 sms! could this be software related cos the new battery is 1 month old & has gone thru the initial 16hr charge. please help!

Oh dear! Did you buy a secondhand phone, or is it a new one? Are you using original charger and batteries? Sounds like a hardware issue to me.

hi- yup, still using the original charger & as for the battery, i don't think so... my 1st battery had the shiny sticker on it but the next 2 (which i got from our service provider here) did not. i don't know if it is the charger as well cos the phone charges sometimes & not at other times? i hate those chargers! do u suggest i get another battery & charger?

Are you sure they gave you genuine SE batteries?

the firmware can mean bad battery issues. I remember when I got my K700 and until the firmware update the battery life was simply appauling.

With the K700 I think you'll need a sync station unless the DCU-60 works with the k700.
