There is many. QuickIM, eMSN, UltraIM and more. most of them are shareware, so you can buy them (eMSN is free).

I like only QuickIM, and I have license for that (I got it free for translationg QuickIM page). I also use mobile webbased Messengers.

Mig33 - Yahoo and MSN
Yehba - Yahoo, MSN and GoogleTalk
EQO - Yahoo, MSN, GoogleTalk and AIM
Reporo - Yahoo, MSN, GoogleTalk, AIM and ICQ
All these are free Applications.

Nimbuzz (Beta) - Supports MSN and Google (Plans to support AOL, Skype and Yahoo in future releases) Good interface.
I am looking forward for future releases although current release cannot match upto mig33, yehba and reporo.

Ye Im a big Mxit fan, coz its SA based and 800 000 daily users.
I got reporo yesterday will check it out!

Well you could also use the in built messenger service in your phone 'My friends'. it works with an IMPS server. you'll have to register on any:
www.smartvas.com www.yamingo.com or any other. they'll send you their server settings etc...set it up on your my friends and this imports your messenger contacts in your phone.
you get any instant message as a txt msg labeled 'instant message'. no
go to the site you'll learn more. very easy. cool application
