Hello, i am currently having a P990 issue that i cannot seem to resolve ...
This is how to reproduce:
I have a directory in my memory stick wich contains *.jar files of some applications i like ...
I go there with the file manager, click on them, the installation begins ...
I choose to install in the memory stick, and it places the shortcut under the "tools" section of my phone ...
Lets say its a game, i want to change and put into "entertainment" ...
I do that by "edit folder", and there it goes! its in entertainment ...
BUT ... if i take out the memory stick OR connect the phone to the PC, all those edit folder settings are lost, and i find all my previously installed applications back in the "tools" category ...
Any way to solve this? Am i missing something?
Im pretty mad about this actually, might even turn the phone back in!! -.-
Since i have lots of apps its unthinkable of me to keep them all into only one directory ... will take like 5 minutes to scroll 'em ..
Anybody got the same problem ? Is it just me? Anyway to fix?

It seems not to return the icons to their pre-defined folders ala P900/P910 days.
However, i'm running a Voda version so if a generic model with updated firmware wants to confirm this is true it should go xome was to alleviate your worries.
