Hello
I am a k750i user.
One important problem I noticed with SE k750i handset is explained below.

When we make call from k750i set, the display is not switched-off even if the call extents for more than 5 minutes.
This will not create any problem for short duration call.
But If my call prolongs for a duration of 30min to 1 hour, I am really in trouble.
The battery charge get reduced drastically.
I suspect the active(ON) display (although it is dim) which takes lot of battery power during the call.

what is the solution for this problem?

Thanks in advance.

I am also a k750 user. I also face same problem.

I think all nokia handsets come with this particular feature.

I hope SE will come up with a solution soon.
I have been searching to get a solution for couple of weeks. I found that so many ppl are facing the same problem. But still there is no solution for this...

I think it's a 'characteristic' of SE phones going back to the K700i, and if my memory serves I think the T610 did this as well - no matter how long you were on the phone the screen backlight stayed dim but on all the time.

It's not a fault as such, just how they've been 'programmed' to behave. I would personally have thought though that having the screen deactivate after 30 secs or a minute would have been much better and lead to slightly better battery performance.

I suppose it has a function... when the line's open, you can see that immediately on the display...
