I find most phones seem to have a hard to access sim card slot these days. I think the phone companies must think we only want one sim in the phone for the life of it.

Try sticking a thin corner of a card undre the sim and sliding it out. Works 4 me.

Got mine two days ago and havent had any problem with removing the sim-card. Use your nails.
