Just bought a K610im but I can;t seem to install any .jar game in it.
i save the .jar in memory stick in 'Other folder'.
Open the 'Other folder' on the K610im, go to the game, the left key is 'Send' and right key is 'More' option.
Can't find any 'Install' option.
Ant body own the same phone and manage to install games?
Doesn't it work the same as K610i?
Please advise.

I only get the send option when there's a file in the other folder which isn't recognized (like .pdf .doc etc.). Maybe the file is the actual problem. Try and install some orignal content for the K610 (there's a tread containing some on esato) to test it.

I hv the same problem installing jar apps to k610im. I think it is rediculuos not able to insall the java apps as previous model can ie k700i,w900i which I have tested. Any one have successfully transfer java apps or game to k610im. Your feedback is very much appreciated!

I already install some.

- Copy the jar game or app to the "other folder" (on the PC)
- Go to File Manger - Other, browser the file and select Install (on the cell)
- Then you select where to install, Games or Aplications.

We are talking about K610im here, not K610i.
Anyway, I sold off my K610im and bought a K800i.
