Is the new SE K618i can set video as a ringing tone to replace the normal mp3 songs??
Which one is better between W810i & K618i.
Pls help me, thank you.

somewhere in there, it talks about setting 3gp files as a ringtone (it's for the k610, but they should be identical)

I did have the K618i though not sure if you can set a video as your ringtone. Between the W810i and K618i, it will now totally depend what features you want in a fone, the shell are almost identical, I got the K618i because of it's -3G feature, but I really liked the design oe thd W810i, the feel on the K618i is like a toy.

The main difference of W810/K618/K610 is of course that the K618/K610 are the new DB 2020 version,3G,and they also have the brand new,faster Java platform v.7.
But the camera without AF is an issue for everyone ever used it with(ex.K750),so if that would be a reason then W810 certainly does it better there.

If AF - stands for Auto Focus . . . I think the
K750 HAS an Auto-Focus feature dude . . . the K618i - does NOT have, and I don't know with the W810i
Be it as it may . . . given the choice here (again . . .) I'll still go with the K618i, as the W810i does only HAVE a good MUSIC . .. sound ! The W810i has an inclusion of a 512 MB - external memory while the K618i has - 256 M2 Micro . . . though EXPANDABLE !

well. there is a link in the S E wap fun and downloads site under ring tones that says video ring tone. its a little clip in mp4. so that feature should be available to all phones that can handle that type of file.

both have their own good function.. w810 is a walkman phone so it has megabass function. k618 more in internet phone and it also a 3G phone. and the design is diffrent

I'm not sure about the K610i but if the UI is anything like my k550i its far better than the W810i's UI.
The W810i has a far better cam though...
