> W800i Trouble

Hi all i got a W800i today and when i insert the battery it switches on and vibrates and stays on a white screen so i cant see much so i thought WSOD.
I then bought a Credit from Wotanserver and managed to let it all go through well so i thought GREAT ive fixed it. Tried tuning it on and got the same problem and even when i insert the battery it does the same thing.
I dont know what to do
Can some1 help me?
