> How can I delete an application Icon
Bookmark topic
After updating my firmware on my M600 I noticed an extra icon for 'QuadraPop' located in Main\Tools in the Main Menu. The icon does is inoperable, and I have a functioning icon in the Entertainment location.
How can I delete this extra icon?
Any help will be appreciated, thanks

I had the same problem and i contacted SE via emails etc. and the only suggested solution was "Master Reset" but it didn't work for me... I guess we have to wait for the next firmware/software update to fix this!

I talked to my friend who is a symbian os developer. This problem could be some incorrect system file entry ... but nowaday all system files are well "protected" even for a developer like him it would hard for him to write a test program to access those files without having his phone registered with SE as a developer phone etc. etc.
So we just have to hope the next release of the firmware won't have this orphan icon!

Thank you for the insight. I'm a little more patient now that I've got some years...Hoping they fix it with the next update.

FYI. They seem to have a new update finally for my phone and the new update seems to have the orphan icon removed. Also my lost Demo video is now also back with some lost standard ringtones from my last update.

Thanks for the info. Sadly, I've got my issue with the latest firmware. I may flash it again, just haven't had the time.
What version of firmware do you have now?
