> hpm-82 headset not working with k750i

hiya all. i brought a hmp-82 headset the other day. but it seems like it does not want to work in my k750i. it works perfect it my k610i and w810i. has anyone else had this problem?? or does any one know how to fix the problem. by the way the problem it that the music plays fine, however the remote does not work. eg trach doesnt chnage when pressed

well is it the one bundled with w900?
coz tht one does not work with any of the phones released before w900......
have tried it with my w800...says "Accessory Not Supported"

I guess its not supported, as k750 is not listed in the hpm-82 compatibility list

No small print about the remote part of the headset not being compatible?
Just had a look myself on the SE website & this is a copy & paste.
HPM-82 is compatible with W950i, W850i, K800i/K790i, W810i*, W800i*, W700i*, K750i*, W300i*.
*In FM-mode, step to next/previous preset channel is not supported.
But at the bottom of the page it only says
W950I W710I W850I & K800I are compatible.
