Hello guys, just got my W950i yesterday. Anyone knows how to check the firm ware of this phone? First time user of a touch screen phone, still not quite used to it!

Thanks managed to figure it out.
The website states:
jog dial up * jog dial down jog dial down * jog dial down
I tried:
jog dial up * jog dial down jog dial down * jog dial down *
Need an additional * at the back to access the menu. Thanks!

cool pouch ! i didnt know that came with the phone

i heard it does not come with the office and pdf viewer so i guess i will have to get that from the net

Are you sure when i checked it out on the SE site it has everything the M600i has such as web browser, Office, PDF viewer, E-Mail plus of course the Walkman Player and 4GB flash memory .

korbindallis is right it seems. i downloaded the W950 user's guide from the SE website and there is no mention of the Office or PDF app in it.
