> K750 freezing problem

Hello all!
I have a problem with a K750, a problem that I can say I made it myself. I bought a car charger from Italy, but when I plugged it in after 3 days the phone's display got on and the fuse from the charger broke. I said ok, i'll change the fuse when i get home. But while at home i encountered another bigger problem: the phone didn't charge from the home charger or the cable for PC. I got my phone to the warranty service and they said they changed my IMEI. (i guess they changed the mainboard)
That's when all my real problems begun: i get this freezing every 7-8 hours, my display goes from black to white at 1-2 seconds intervals and the only way to get it back on track is to take out the battery. This also happens at morning, after the phone stays in standby for 7-8 hours. Even the alarm doesn't sound anymore.
I took it to a local service (not the one where i have the warranty) where it stayed for 7 days with big problems in updating the software. After 7 hard days they said they couldn't repair it, but i can take it back to warranty as they didn't open the phone's cover.
So i took it back to the warranty service where it stayed for a month. When i took it back they said they changed the software and now it's working. No need to say that i was scheptical on this, right? After 24 hours the problem reappeared: same freezing when i touch any button in the morning, after 7-8 hours of standby.
I don't want to take it back to the service because if they don't repair it they give me my money back, but i purchased the phone on a big offer and now the phone is much more expensive.

When i say the "warranty service" i mean the shop where i got the phone in the first place. They will give my money back if they can't repair it the 3rd time, not a new phone. I don't want the money.

That's what the guy from the service told me, but now when i looked at the warranty certificate i see that it's written black on white: the phone will be repaired or replaced. It doesn't say anything about refunding.
Tomorow i'll go to the shop and keep you posted.
Anyway, maybe someone else had a similar problem and has another solution, other than changing the phone.
