I have just bought the MCA-20 cam and want to send the files to my pc. I am using the tecom software thats is supposed to be able to receive files to a PC but when i send the files on my phone it finds the computer but when I transfer the file it just says file transfer fail please retry?? Any ideas as I have compared my settings to a mate who has the same set up ie software and there are no differences??
