Hi. I am now on my 3rd p990 handset from vodafone. Each time the camera worked once. From then if i open the camera shutter the phone freezes and i then must power down. Has anyone else had this issue? or does anyone know a solution? Thanks

It's probably a FW problem, as it always is. Update the phone with SEUS and DON'T restore any backup. I updated my phone and restored an earlier backup. What happend? The phone was full of bugs. I updated it again but didn't restore the backup. I got an almost bugs-free phone

I have the exact problem.
And I tried most everything to solve it.
1) Just reboot the phone. - Didn't work
2) Master reset. - Didn't work
3) Master reset, restore backup. - Didn't work
4) Master reset, FW upgrade. - Didn't work
5) Master reset, FW upgrade, master reset. - Didn't work
6) FW upgrade, restore. - Didn't work
So I really don't know what to do now.. Sell the d-m phone?
