Right i have been with love film for coming up to around 3-4 months, at first it was great but now i am getting annoyed. I pay £14.99 per month to have 3 titles at home each month with no limit.
I sent 3 disks back on Saturday and it is still showing up as not returned even though it is Wednesday. I feel like they hold onto them and pretend they haven't recieved them so they can limit the amount they send you in any month.
Has anyone else experienced this? I feel like i am not getting my money's worth with this company and think i should move to amazon or something. If anybody can recommend somewhere better that would be great.

They are open 24 hours and it costs only 99p to rent a film for 6 hours (plenty of time to copy and return it - not taht i am telling you to do this).... otherwise its 1.99 for 12hours or 2.99 for 24hours...
its great there and well cheap if you only wanna watch it once
go to
www.mb24.co.uk and see if theres a moviebank near you lau

LoveFilm formally screenselect.... grrrr dont get me started.
I took out there free month trial option, great i thought, i would cancel 2 days before the end date before they charged and it would be cool OR NOT.
I ring up to cancel, wait on the phone for 30 mins listening to some crappy dance music waiting for one of the "customer assistants" to answer, no answer, i try again for nearly 45 mins, no answer i ring up again the next day for 30 mins again, no answer...
So i email customer services telling of my predicament, hoping to get an answer within 25hours....
4 days later and £9.99 down they reply saying follow the on screen instructions to cancel..... ie ring up AHHHHHHHHHHHH
So i have 3 weeks to get hold of them lol and cancel before they charge me again
Also i found a couple of DVD's i got from them in my trial period were scratched though i cant fault how quick i got one and sent it back and they sent another

Well it started off fine, i got one Monday sent it back same day they recieved Tuesday sent another and i got it Wednesday etc etc. Now it is really annoying and seem to be getting more and more scratched disks, they suck.
I am going to ring now, which is a pain as it will cost and join tesco which are cheaper and a guy at work said they are good.

You don't want it they suck! Scott is there any way to cancel other than to ring them? I am going to go to my back and tell them to withdraw payment to them as it is not mentioned under direct debit on my online banking for some reason.
