> Phone Numbers for Tiscali

Hi,
has anybody got any phone numbers for tiscali?
The speed of our broadband has gone from 1.1 mpbd down to 98.2 kbps which is rediculous, this has been happening for a while but there customer service team dont seem to have a clue what there talking about and just blame BT or us.
So was wondering whether anyone has a number that gets through to somebody british in the UK who may know whats happening and could actually help us?

British lol. It is so annoying why they have to move call centres abroad. Would be nice to be able to speak to someone you can understand. Have you tried

I am with Tiscali, and i think its pot luck....If i dont get through to a UK based Call Center, I ring again until it does go to UK.
However, this is
a: A waste of time
b: An expense i shouldnt have to incur.
I know this doesnt help much....
Tiscali have been good until recently...

cheers mate, im going to get the MAC code i think. if you email an admin on the tiscali forum you get it within a few hours instead of a few weeks with the fools over the sea who dont know what there talking about!

after a few months iv just realised it may not have been all tiscali's fault. Today i made a miraculous discovery! One of my filtwers was plugged into my Sky HD box which made the speed decrease ALOT (down to 130kb at some points) but today i plugged the filter straight into the phone socket and my speed has gone upto 1.1 mb and i am getting nearly all the bandwidth, my actual speed is around 980kbps. oooops mi bad! no wonder the poor people in india couldnt find any problems and blamed BT.
