Right, i just downloaded something and i don't know what to do with it
Its a .bin file, i thought it would of been an installation file. What do i open it with? How do i open it?

It's more than likely a CD or DVD image which means you'll have to burn it to a disc, then install it via your CD / DVD drive as you would a normal disc.
Alternatively, you might be able to use a virtual drive application to install it without having to burn it to disc first.
