hi what are the normal specs 4 about a £300-£500 laptop?

I think you should look for Intel or AMD processor on 1.5Ghz or higher. 512MB of RAM, 60 and more GB of HDD

Stay away from PC World tbh, that laptop looks dated too, no widescreen, celeron processor, small HD and dont exactly look very stylish.
i say go for the one leeboy pointed out
or go for Amnesia's wont beat that one

Hi Jack. I got two laptops from Acer about nine months ago - one for me and one for the other half. Good spec - 512Mb RAM, 60 Gb Hard drive, wireless, etc. Never had a problem with either machine.
Would definitely buy from them again.
