i have had my K800i for a few months now and just yesterday a friend called and when i answered i could not hear her voice but....she heard mine lound and clear....tried calling her back and as the phone was ringing i couldnt hear the ringing of her phone in my ear either and again i couldnt hear her but she could me. Does anyone have a solution???or has anyone had the same problem???
Pls help!!

Sounds like a faulty ear speaker, go back to where you got it, you should be able to get it either swapped or repaired.

Probably either a loose connection or a dodgy ear speaker, sounds like you were just a bit unlucky and got a slightly faulty example there that managed to slip through quality control!
