I have a branded k790 an my firmware is R1CC003 and for what know there is a newer firmware (SOrry if i am wrong) but when I try to upate it via phone or SEUS it tells me that I havemy LASTEST firmware!
Why may this be?

Usually if it’s a branded phone, the updates will only become available when, the network your phone is branded to, allow it. Example, my old k750i was on voda, I wasn’t able to update until a few weeks after it was available for generic versions.
If your phone is branded, it will usually have a network icon in your menu or on the standby screen, or it may have 'physical' branding on the phones housing.
