After using SemcTool 8.4 to debrand my K750i CID49 (flashed both FS and Main), I could complete the phone for free using Setool Cracked v91373. (there a bug in semc 8.4 that complete fs does not work)

In option tab of Setool choose use TP and complete phone, then choose K750i model and press flash, it will ask you to remove and connect TP several times:

If you ever flash ur FS area and u want to complete it for free you have to use testpoints to complete it... follow the steps in the first post to complete ur phone
