There are a couple of terminal services clients that works on uiq3. I have tried two of them. That might be worth a try until a vnc client comes out. Haven't looked for one. The terminal services client/server is built-in in xp so no need to install anything, only need to activate it.

My bad, they are java based but they do work on uiq3 platforms(since they support java). Sorry about that. Here's three links:
