Languages included:
- American English
- Deutsch (German)
- Español (Spanish)
- Français (French)
- Italiano (Italian)
- Svenska (Swedish)
- Dansk (Danish)
- Español-América Latina (Latin American Spanish)
- Nederlands (Dutch)
- Norsk (Norwegian)
- Pусский (Russian)
- Romanian
- Ελληνικά (Greek)
- Cesky (Czech)
- Français-Canada (Canadian French)
- Magyar (Hungarian)
- Polski (Polish)
- Português (Portuguese)
- Suomi (Finnish)
- Türkçe (Turkish)

That is the newest language package I could find. And Chinese isn't there. And I can't find some settings where you can change the QWERTY keyboard. I could on P910i, but not P990i

Hi

There was a solution for the P800-900-910 series, and I even tried it. I was actually trying to get Japanese on it, and this was the closest I found.

Anyways, since it was available for the previous UIQ version, I am sure someone will develop something similar for the UIQ3 as well.

If you browse for the earlier version, I am sure you will find it, but I am unsure if it works for your phone.

Best regards,

Ben

I have a chinese P990i. It's P990"i" though. In language, there are two Chinese (HK) and english(UK) to choose. And the chinese handwriting is pretty good. However, it lacks english T9 and if I have chinese on, I can't type english. I am still playing around with it as I only got it yesterday.

I got mine in LA but the phone was originally shipped to Hong Kong. Phone was made in France but a HK version. So it has chinese. Some of the orginal files (such as images, demo video) are named in chinese too.

There is lunar calendar too, so nice. Also a chinese-english and english-chinese dictionary.

I am missing english T9 tho. text input is set for chinese, so harder to type english.
