Mates,can anyone help me because the update doesn't install on my laptop but on the desktop it works perfectly. I click the software then after extracting nothing happens. But the pc suite is working perfectly.

Pc suite doesn't really have to do anything with the update.
Maybe and im just guessing, the installation exe isn't complete on your laptop. Try to download it or copy it from your desktop again. Hope this helps

mate i tried it already but same thing. I also update the macromedia which is needed for the update to work but still nothing happens. It runs on the task manager but nothings shows.
