im looking for a phone dat doesn't have a camera...has a good mp3 player..wid decent playback..and is cheaper then 200 U.S dollars.

There isn't much choice for phones under $200 without a camera. The only decent ones with MP3 players cost much more unfortunately.
I tried the search on
