Yep. Explains it all. So far ive called 3 times today and over 10mins each call, no answer. My wap aint working so ive used the se site to send them again. No joy :-( so any other orange customers post their attempts and waiting times to 150. Im leaving 3 cos their network is crap, but at least they answer the phone in 2 mins! Somebody on another forum managed five hours on hold: http://forums.overclockers.co[....]hp?t=17620865&highlight=orange

Orange seem to be a joke these days with regards to customer service. There wasn't a time too long ago that Orange and excellent service went hand-in-hand, now they're no better than any other network. Apparently they know they're having difficulties and 'something' is underway to try and rectify the situation.

Personally I would ring the 'New Connections' hotline instead.

If they don't put you through pronto say that you are shocked that they get any new customers with a service like that.

The other day I noticed, just by chance, that I had Inactive Sim message on my phone. So I rebooted, and it went back to normal. This has happpened several times in the last week. Can usually cure it by switching off the 3G signal, but whats the point in that?! Anyway, rang Orange C/Serv on Friday night at 9pm to see if I needed a replacement sim card, got bored after 25mins of being on hold. Rang again the following morning, on hold for 30mins, gave up. Rang again later that day, on hold for 1hr 10mins before giving up. Thats over 2hrs on hold in less than 24hrs!!

"We're experiencing a high number of calls"... AT 9PM AT NIGHT?!?!? WHEN AREN'T YOU, TELL ME, AND I'LL CALL THEN, EVEN IF ITS AT 3AM!! So I emailed the C/Serv dept., and am still waiting for a reply. Not holding out much hope though, as I remember the last time I emailed them about a problem, they didn't have the courtesy to get back to me.

"Orange is commited to providing excellance customer service"... like hell are they!! Was thinking of leaving earlier this year, but was persuaded to renew as I had free video calling for life... later found out that what I actually had was 3mths worth of free video calling, which had ended 8mths before the conversation I had, where I was told I had it for life!

Why bring up an expired promo that I had?!?!

THEY ARE BIG FAT LIARS, THEIR CUST SERVICE IS CRAP, AND THEIR 3G SIGNAL AIN'T ALL THAT!!!!!!!!!
