Hi,

Could anyone who works in a phone shop or for a phone netowrk get me some blank forms which they use in the business, this is for a Computing project and the forms will go no further than me, your help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Have you tried contacting a phone company directly? Maybe worth a try.
