Since I flashed my phone with the R9A002 update, I've noticed a few annoying bugs. Am I the only one?
1. Phantom Alarms - There are 4 invisible alarms (I have daily alarms at 6:15am, 6:30am, 7:15am, 7:30am and have found no way to disable them.)
2. Incorrect Phone Call Log - Doesn't always show all calls made for the current day.
3. Ringing Hesitation - You can see the screensaver disable 3 seconds before the phone begins to ring on an incoming call.
4. Trusted SSL Authorities (Issue existing in previous OS update) - Doesn't accept Many Trusted Authorities, cannot add Trusted Authorities. (A huge problem with Roadsync's push email!)

Either they don’t know how to fix the problem or they are just being lazy. I can’t believe they would sell a phone with so many bugs. I have trouble with Bluetooth and all sorts of other problems & habe to restart the phone at least every 2 days. last night I come out of a building that had no signal inside, the phone said emergency calls only and instead of logging on to the network (like it does most of the time) it couldn’t cope and restarted its self, what a load of sh*te. Come on SE get it together and sort these bugs out

I do hope, there will be a new firmware soon. A lot to fix.

This sounds actually like an incomplete flash - especially the bit about phantom alarm. If you re-flash your firmware you may well find that your problems dissapear

I've already flashed it multiple times. These are firmware issues.

@bsiegler
I also had phantom alarms!
One day I set the alarm to go off at 6.32 AM.
It did, but after that I couldn´t switch it of. (what I mean is that it kept alarming at 6.32 am EVERY DAY! Very annoying!
It did so many times a day, like 11.42, 13.55 and so on. Yes, annoyng as h*ll.
I flashed the phone with the latest software in SEUS, but it didn´t help. Then I took the phone to a SE service-center and they also flashed it, but still the same problem. Then a mechanic at the service-center did hade my phone for 3 days, he solved the problem. On my note I received when I picked up my phone it says that he only did a factory-reset? Strange.
But now it´s working, and I hope it continue to do so.
Just wanted to share my thoughts.
Cheers!

A master reset, or a firmware update (without restoring the data) will always work for the time being. Over time, the phone seems to build these problems back again. I only have a few APPS installed on the phone, and removing them doesn't solve the problem:
Roadsync
Agile Messanger
Swiss Manager
Does anyone have the problems with the CALL LOG? You may notice entries missing for the current day, and then the next day all those entries reappear. Very odd.

The phantom alarm bug is solved in R9A002, so doing a master reset will solve the problem and it will not come back (unless you restore the faulty backup again off course).
I had the same issue before (drove me crazy as well) but since 2 firmware upgrades (R4XX something) I havent seen it, and I am changing my alarm frequently.

The call log problem is associated with bluetooth, when i turnoff bluetooth all call log are registered normly else outgoing clls are not logged. so if you really want call to register TURNOFF PHONE'S BLUETOOTH
