i cant seem to update the software on my SE W810i. i have tried the Sony Ericsson Update Service on the PC but i only get to the part where you connect the phone. it keeps repeating the animation even when its plugged in and eventually goes back to the main menu again. can someone please tell me what i am doing wrong
