Well, as it's name sais, TOSC is a screen capture program (yep, yet another screen capture program), and it's open (ie. free and opensource).
I wrote it because I know only two screen capture programs: one isn't free and the other is hard to use. So I started to make one which is both free and easy to use. It's not finished, it has some minor/major problems, but since it's already usable, I thought I make it public. More info (and dowload link):

And as usuall, any comment/critics/idea is welcome
Changelog:
* v0.3 - finally you can start the countdown by clicking on the green rectangle even if the main app is not in foreground.

Excellent effort

Thanks a million for your contribution to UIQ 3 community

I've got a little request, can future versions be added with the capability to capture in jpg format?

This is my TODO list:
* fix the floating window (ie. it should work even when the main window is hidden)
* add possibility to choose destination directory (ie. where to store files)
* add possibility to choose between different file formats
So, if I'll have enough time, I will add JPG support as well. Right now I choosed PNG, because:
* BMP is too big (one screenshot would take ~230KB)
* PNG is pretty simple (the png encoding part, using zlib, is only 100-150 lines, could be even shorter I think)
But I found some classes in the Symbian SDK which might come handly (a generic image encoder/decoder), so by using these theoretically it would be possible to save in any format these classes support (and I suppose JPG is one of them)
Anyway, I don't have too much spare time, so don't expect it soon, ... but who knows

(right now I'm adding some new animations to TABU first)
